BRUCE KULICK: More Limited-Edition EP Details Released
April 26, 2009Bruce Kulick (KISS, GRAND FUNK RAILROAD) is offering a limited-edition EP of tracks from his forthcoming "BK3" CD for sale through his web site, www.kulick.net. The three-song disc was created especially for Kulick's recently completed Australian guitar clinic tour, which took him to four cities during his brief one-week visit. Included on the disc are "No Friend of Mine" featuring guest vocalist John Corabi (MÖTLEY CRÜE, UNION, RATT, ESP),"And I Know" (featuring Kulick on vocals),and the instrumental track "Between The Lines" featuring a musical "supergroup" comprised of drummer Kenny Aronoff, bassist Jimmy Haslip, and the dual guitar attack of Kulick and Steve Lukather. The disc is available in extremely limited quantities, and orders are limited to two copies each. All copies will be hand-signed by Bruce Kulick, and orders from Australia will receive a "special bonus" along with their CD as a thank-you to the fans there who were unable to attend the clinic tour shows.
All three songs are set for inclusion on "BK3", Kulick's third solo album following 2001's "Audio Dog" and 2003's "Transformer". Other guests scheduled to appear on the album include legendary vocalist Doug Fieger (THE KNACK),Tobias Sammet (EDGUY, AVANTASIA),Nick Simmons (Gene Simmons' son),and former KISS cohorts Gene Simmons (singing lead vocals on a track co-written with Kulick called "Ain't Gonna Die") and Eric Singer (who contributed drums on the track vocalized by Sammet).
"BK3" is expected to be released in the fall of 2009.
Bruce Kulick was interviewed by Belgian TV channel ACTV on February 16, 2009 prior to ESP's (ERIC SINGER PROJECT) concert at Spirit of 66 in Verviers, Belgium. Watch the two-minute chat below.
